Senate Meetings
The Senate Body, consisting of Class Council and 6 Committees, holds a weekly meeting at 5:15 PM, every Tuesday, in the Festival Highlands Ballroom. Meetings follow Robert's Rules Parliamentary Procedure and invlove Special Guest Speakers, Bill Proposals, and Announcements.
Class Council and Committees hold their own meetings in addition to the Senate Body meeting. Their time and place are listed below.
Class Council
The mission of Class Council is to create a climate in which students of James Madison University can better unify with their respective classes through academic programs, social gatherings, and community service projects. The organization will help develop leadership within classes to serve at James Madison University and in post-graduate years.
